Welcome to Escobar Kitchen! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including dining at our restaurant, placing orders for takeout or delivery, catering services, and accessing our website or social media platforms. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

We may refuse service to any individual at our discretion, especially in cases of misconduct, abuse, or policy violations.
2. Ordering & Payments

Dine-In, Takeout & Delivery Orders: Orders placed in-person, via phone, or online must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select mobile payment services. We do not accept checks.

Pricing: All menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary based on promotions, locations, or seasonal availability.

Taxes & Fees: Sales tax, service charges, and delivery fees (if applicable) will be added to the final bill.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Dine-In Orders: Once placed and prepared, dine-in orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Takeout & Delivery Orders: Cancellations are only accepted within 5 minutes of placing the order. Refunds may not be available once food has been prepared.

Catering Orders: Cancellations for catering must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 50% cancellation fee may apply if canceled within 24 hours of the event.

4. Reservations & Private Events

Reservations: We accept reservations based on availability. Large group bookings may require a deposit.

Private Events: Events hosted at Escobar Kitchen require a signed contract and may be subject to a non-refundable deposit.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We strive to accommodate dietary preferences, but Escobar Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen; we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Alcohol & Beverage Policy

Alcoholic beverages are only served to customers 21 years or older with a valid ID.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or violates responsible drinking policies.
7. Third-Party Services

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.) are subject to their terms and conditions. Any issues with delivery, missing items, or incorrect orders must be resolved with the third-party service.

Escobar Kitchen is not responsible for delays, errors, or extra charges from third-party providers.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Escobar Kitchen reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions without notice.
9. Conduct & Responsibility

We expect all customers to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests.

Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service and potential legal action.

Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Escobar Kitchen is not liable for lost or stolen items.
10. Intellectual Property & Media Usage

The Escobar Kitchen name, logo, menu, and content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may take photos/videos during events or services for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify staff in advance.
11. Liability & Disclaimers

Escobar Kitchen is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by food consumption or dining experiences.

We are not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, or third-party service failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escobar Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
